1. Which cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards as payment:

You will be offered this choice at the end of the order process when you reach the payment options.

2. Can I send you a cheque or a bank transfer?

Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques or bank transfers for orders

3. When will you debit my account?

Payments are taken at the point of order.  When you place your order on our site, payment is debited from your account as soon as the order is placed. If accepted, your method of payment will be debited. If rejected, and you do not provide an alternative method of payment which is accepted, the order will not be processed.  If you do not see the payment on your account within 4 business days of placing your order, or you do not receive an email confirmation of the shipping of your order, please contact Customer Services.

4. How can I obtain a refund if I want to cancel or return my order?

If you wish to cancel, return, or exchange your order, you can do so by contacting Customer Services at info@westcreekmedia.com or by completing the Return or Exchange section found on your packing slip. Please be sure to check our Returns and Exchanges (#10) section in our Terms and Conditions policy here to be sure your order qualifies.

5. Who processes the payment and is my credit card information safe?

CloudSwipe, the fully PCI compliant and secure way to collect & transmit credit card data, manages our payment card processing of debit and credit cards. If accepted, your method of payment will be debited. If rejected, and you do not provide an alternative method of payment which is accepted, the order will not be shipped. We use Stripe or Paypale to validate your payment online before you receive an email confirming our receipt of your order along with your order confirmation number. You do not need a Stripe or Paypal account in order to process your debit or credit card.

PayPal account payments are managed by PayPal itself. For more information about PayPal please go to www.paypal.com.

7. Will I be charged a fee for using a particular payment means?

We do not charge any extra fees for paying with a particular valid payment means, above and beyond the cost of your order and the charges for delivery.
